Are you feeling the need to reconnect with nature and find a deeper sense of peace and wellness?

In late spring/early summer, we will be offering a series of complimentary forest therapy guided walks for our valued clients. These immersive experiences will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the healing power of nature and unlock profound physical, mental, and spiritual benefits.

But what exactly is forest therapy, you ask? Also known as "Shinrin-Yoku," this practice originated in Japan in the 1980s and has since spread worldwide. It involves slowly and mindfully walking through forested environments, allowing your senses to fully engage with the natural surroundings.

Through this gentle, guided experience, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Boost mood and emotional well-being
- Enhance cognitive function and creativity
- Strengthen your immune system
- Deepen your connection to the natural world

The specific dates and locations of our 2025 forest therapy walks will be announced in the coming months. For now, know that these sessions will be completely free of charge, as I continue my training to become a certified forest therapy guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy ANFT which will be completed in September.
