As a naturalist, Biodynamic gardener, eco-conscious entrepreneur and Licensed Massage Therapist, I believe in the power of locally sourced, sustainable botanicals to soothe the body, calm the mind, and nourish the spirit. In my studio, I offer a personalized blend of Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage, infused with custom-blended essential oils and herbal-infused lotions that I've meticulously crafted from the vibrant plants grown in my own gardens and sourced from local farms and ethically wild-harvested sources.

The studio is a mini oasis filled with lush plants, a hydroponic systems, and an apothecary brimming with custom-crafted herbal and floral products. I incorporate these natural elements into my massage services, offering a truly immersive experience for the senses.

We are dedicated to recycling, reusing, and maintaining sustainable systems, just as I do in my biodynamic gardening. Alongside my massage services, I also incorporate the healing resonance of sound into my offerings. Through blended massage/sound healing, 1-2-1 sessions or small group offerings, I guide my clients on deeply relaxing and restorative sound journeys, using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments to align the mind, body, and spirit.

My seasonal, online and onsite apothecary showcases a carefully curated selection of handcrafted botanical products, from rejuvenating body scrubs and detoxifying clay masks to soothing tinctures and aromatic candles. Each item is imbued with the restorative energy of Virginia's native plants and the expertise of an in-house aromatherapist and herbalist - me.
